In 2022, Mia was born – a platform unlocking economic opportunities globally through in-demand tech skills training, career development, inclusivity, and belonging.

We're thrilled to announce that Mia Learning Network is gearing up for its launch in 2023. In just a few weeks, we have already welcomed over 200+ members from 41 countries worldwide. The excitement is tangible as we prepare to unveil Mia.

Shaping Future Narratives: Mia Team Highlights at Cannes Lions 2023

The Mia team has been making waves at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity 2023! Mia's Janna Salokangas, Natalie Black, and Katherine "Kat" Randel showcased the power of 'Inclusive Innovation' at the acclaimed festival.

Spearheaded by our CMO Natalie Black, we co-hosted thought-provoking sessions dissecting the role of underrepresented populations in tech, and the pivotal part women play in revolutionizing marketing with AI in partnership with Globant. Our engagements at the festival highlighted the need for open dialogues around the intersection of AI, business, and society. Through these discussions, we explored the transformative potential of emerging technologies, and the steps we can take to ensure the benefits are widely shared. The spotlight was also turned on the issue of the skills gap and the pivotal importance of inclusive approaches to innovation.

It's been an inspiring journey at Cannes Lions, filled with insights, learning, and compelling partnerships and conversations.

She's navigated organizations through the ever-changing digital landscape, working with Fortune 100 companies and globally renowned names like Coca-Cola, UPS, and Estée Lauder.

She is a trailblazing trend analyst and forecaster, dedicated to paving more inclusive pathways for innovators and changemakers. Her rich career journey, unwavering curiosity, and passion for understanding human behavior will be instrumental in driving Mia's vision forward.

Meet Bertilla Niveda: Content Strategist

Say hello to Bertilla Niveda, our charismatic Content Strategist breathing life into Mia's diverse and dynamic digital content. An IT professional turned content writer from Chennai, India, Bertilla is an expert at crafting captivating brand stories and effective content strategies. She has worked with 10+ leading brands like Zomato and LinkedIn and now focuses on Social Media Marketing. Bertilla is a powerhouse of ideas, using her creative spark to masterfully increases brands' reach, engagement, and sales. At Mia, we're thrilled to have her steer our brand narrative to inspire, engage and connect with our audience, defining our brand voice and reinforcing our vision.
