⚫ January - Mia at Davos World Economic Forum Week 2023

The Davos World Economic Forum Week 2023 was a groundbreaking event focusing on "Cooperation in a Fragmented World." The forum highlighted the urgent need for reskilling in response to technological advancements and explored innovative solutions like the four-day workweek, aiming to build a more inclusive and sustainable future.

⚫ March - Mia at Forbes 30/50 Summit in Abu Dhabi

The Forbes 30/50 Summit in Abu Dhabi, held on International Women's Day, was a remarkable confluence of young visionaries and established leaders, fostering mentorship across generations. Highlighting women's empowerment with influential speakers like Hillary Rodham Clinton, the summit inspired profound change and unity, reinforcing the impact of collaborative leadership.

⚫ April - Our Voyage to UK: Driving Impact at Innovation

The Innovation 4.4 Family Office Retreat at Broughton Hall Estate in Yorkshire, UK, brought together history and future-focused discussions. It united global family offices, impact leaders, and innovators to explore impactful solutions and trends, with Mia's co-founders sharing their vision for women's economic empowerment through technology and skill-based learning.

⚫ May - Creating HERstory at the Women in Tech Global Summit 2023

The WIT Global Summit 2023 in Paris, under the High Patronage of Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic was a beacon of female empowerment in technology. It gathered nearly 400 delegates from over 50 countries for discussions on gender equity in tech, featuring notable speakers and keynotes. The event was a hub for innovative ideas and empowerment, with Mia's team actively participating and embracing the summit's vision of women leading in technology.

⚫September - UNGA2023: A Reflection on Women, AI, and Global Impact

At the UN General Assembly 2023, the focus on women, AI, and global impact led to important dialogues on the integration of gender equality in technological advancements. Key discussions revolved around empowering women in AI, addressing challenges, and exploring solutions to ensure women's influential participation in shaping the future of technology.

⚫ November - Empowering Voices, Shaping Futures: Reykjavík Global Forum 2023

The Reykjavík Global Forum 2023, set against Iceland's picturesque landscapes, was a celebration of female leadership, focusing on gender equality and the empowerment of women in leadership roles. The forum, known for its inclusive approach and commitment to action, fostered open dialogue among diverse global leaders, promoting tangible solutions for gender parity and investment in women-led businesses.

⚫Mia x Deloitte: Global AI Leadership Roundtable 2023, Washington D.C.

⚫COP28 and Future Mobility Hub - Shaping a Workforce that Drives Real Impact

At COP28, Mia collaborated with the Future Mobility Hub, discussing sustainable transportation and climate action. The event highlighted the importance of women's participation in climate change solutions, with impactful discussions and panels on gender equity and sustainable innovation.

⚫Mia Wins "Most Impactful Initiative" at Women in Tech North America Awards in Washington DC

Mia was honored with the "Most Impactful Initiative" award at the Women in Tech North America Awards for our work in AI education for women. This recognition further fuelled our commitment to bridging the gender gap in AI, and promoting diversity and gender parity in STEM.

⚫The Mia Community Now Has a Virtual Home

In 2023, The Mia Learning Network officially launched, marking a significant step in transforming women's learning in AI across 70 countries. More than just an e-learning platform, this is a dynamic space for AI innovators, talent, and thought leaders to learn, innovate, and grow together.

Emphasizing that the future of AI is as much about people as it is about technology, Mia is building a community of women prepared to seize new economic opportunities created by AI.

⚫Mia Metaverse Campus: Immersive Learning

Welcome to the future of learning - the Mia Metaverse Campus, hosted by Third Academy. A space where creativity meets innovation, ready to host our exciting AI project showcase. We're eagerly anticipating welcoming our students to this immersive learning environment.

We also had our Mia Holiday Party in this virtual space- celebrating our journey and raising a toast to our community of incredible women!

Learning with Mia: Workshops, Challenges, Live Sessions

⚫Five Days, Five AI Tools: Insights From Mia's AI Challenge

Mia's AI Challenge was a five-day exploration of AI tools, fostering creativity and productivity among its participants. Each day focused on a different aspect of AI, from mastering ChatGPT for various applications to leveraging AI for image creation, video production, presentation enhancement, and optimizing work routines.

⚫40+ Live Sessions & Microlessons

The Mia Learning Network offered our Changemakers an extensive range of learning opportunities with over 40 live sessions, including microlessons and workshops. These sessions are designed to provide in-depth, practical learning experiences, focusing on AI and its applications, enhancing skills and knowledge in a dynamic, interactive environment.

⚫The Launch of #1 Cohort

We launched our flagship program- the Mia Global AI Leadership Program, designed for non-technical women, integrating hands-on projects, mentorship, and real-world challenges to provide a comprehensive understanding of AI. Press Release
