We asked Lindse:

Why Mia?

Now more than ever, it is critical we close the gender gap when it comes to women and equal opportunities in tech. Women only make up 28% of the tech workforce globally, and these margins are even smaller for women tech leaders.
Mia elevates women in a way that will lead them to reaching their full potential, no matter what obstacles stood in their way before. I believe Mia is a unique and transformative solution that will empower organizations to invest in their greatest assets.

What is your superpower?

Resilience. As a childhood trauma survivor, I have learned that my past does not define my future. Grace, Grit & Gratitude is what keeps me staying so positive and nimble and allows me to always see "the glass half full".

One motto/career tip you want to share with the world?

The wall is just an illusion
-John C. Maxwell

Away from her professional obligations, Lindse is an individual driven by a passion for community, wellbeing, and empowerment.

She has a deep affinity for the beach, relishing the joy and serenity that comes from being outdoors with her husband, under the sun and close to the water.

Her guilty pleasure is singing karaoke! The rest of the team cannot wait to host a live karaoke jam one day and enjoy her vibrant spirit and sense of fun.

We look forward to working with Lindse and leveraging her deep industry knowledge to take Mia to the next level and together build the skills of tomorrow, today. Thank you!
